You must slow things down, and direct your thoughts toward what nourishes your body, mind, and Spirit.
The mind can be stilled.
Bring attention to the body, the wisdom of the heart, and the graces of being rather than doing.
It will prepare you for your journey back outward toward a more relaxed, authentic, and joyful life.
