“All great changes are preceded by chaos.”
– Deepak Chopra

The process of growth and change can be hard, uncomfortable, and often illusive. However, I have learned that meaningful transformation is possible, that the human spirit is resilient, and that the effort is worth the reward. I specialize in working with adults and couples who are feeling stuck and who are searching for a change. I am passionate about helping my clients to awaken their innate ability to live full, vibrant, and connected lives.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and grounded in neuroscience and attachment theory. I nurture a sense of agency and empowerment in my clients by providing compassionate support, a non-judgmental space for exploration, and valuable information about how our brains, bodies, and relationships work. I integrate mindfulness, body-based interventions, and parts work into my sessions to address trauma, foster safety, and alleviate anxiety and depression. I also incorporate therapeutic expressive arts for those interested in alternative and complimentary approaches to talk-therapy.

I received my Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. During that time, my interests in mental health and wellness grew into a profound passion. I am deeply committed to my clients and feel it is an honor to walk with them on their unique journey.
